"By all means, utilize this facility."

The owners were extremely helpful navigating Venice- from calling taxis and clarifying which taxis to use and to avoid. They went the extra mile in saving us substantial money. We were unsure how to navigate the City Pass and purchased them ahead of time. After inquiring and finding out we had purchased them, they showed us how to cancel them, get a refund, and obtain free city passes. That aside, the facilities not only met our needs but exceeded our expectations.

Very kind staff who accommodated us at short notice after we had issues with a previous hotel. Helpful with figuring out transportation options to the airport for an early morning flight, which turned out to be quite easy (about 10 minutes by Uber). Very clean and charming furnishings.
