Proximity to airport. The host was super friendly and extremely helpful!

Beds were a bit uncomfortable due to the thin mattresses.

"Very agreeable stay."

Very friendly host with good hotelier experience. Rooms are big and clean in calm neighbour. Private parking available. We didn’t have a car on the last day, and the host offered to take us to the airport for 20 Euros, which is cheaper than hiring a taxi.

Good if you have a car. There is bus services to Venice, but need to change once (direct bus no 84, but serves only several times a day).

"Easy drive from the airport for a comfortable sleep"

The hosts were very helpful to us. We just got off long flights at the airport and needed a quick trip to sleep for us with our baby that was nearby Venice and Marco Polo airport. We ended up sneaking in a quick meal at a nearby Argentinian steak house and then going comfortably to bed right after.

Room and bathroom very clean and bright. Hosts very helpful and accomodating. I was able to buy a botle of wine. They gave me a ride to the airport for 20 Euros.

I was looking for a room near the airport and should have researched the comments better that this is rural and not near any restaurants. They would have ordered takeout pizza for me if I wanted.

"I can not recommend the facility"

Very large room (over 500 square feet with 4 beds for the 4 of us), owners were delightful, they thoughtfully took our suitcases up the flight of stairs to the room, they provided transportation to and from Venice for a reasonable fee, and they were on time when picking us up in the evening.

Many light bulbs in the room and bathroom were out. The owners knew that before we arrived, but had not replaced them. They knew what time we were arriving back to the facility as they provided the transportation ... BUT when we got to our room, all the windows were open with no screens, letting in flies, etc., the room was very hot as it was on the 2nd floor, and naturally the air conditioner could not cool the room even by the next morning. Luckily we were there for only one night.
