Very convenient for Pisa airport. The family owners were delightful & very helpful. They were happy to arrange a late check in & booked a taxi for our departure in the early hours of the following morning.

Alla, one of the owner/managers was very helpful with meal suggestions, Airport taxi, bus schedules. Rooms very clean, nice balcony, good continental breakfast . Reminded on our return to USA that good coffee in Italy is an institution in small and large hotels!

Please note up front that this is NOT a hotel and is a private residence (renting a room). My wife and I drove over an hour from the airport trying to find the “hotel”. Once we arrived we realized it was not a hotel but a private residence that is renting out rooms. The front porch light was left on and digital code directions provided for entering the residence. Unloading and entering the residence, BEWARE please note there is NO elevator. The room is on the third floor, therefore struggles to go up three flights of stairs with luggage was a major challenge for my wife and myself. The room was average, we weren’t able to control air conditioning settings, nor the volume of the one television. There was one queen bed and one twin bed in the room. Nothing fancy, but certainly disappointed in the misrepresentation of the room/overall location. Travel to and from was not as advertised and difficult to navigate. Would not recommend, would not return. Do your research before booking this location

Owners were so incredibly kind, helped get us to the airport smoothly for an early morning flight. Room was clean and welcoming and a remarkably good deal. A few nearby restaurants in easy walking distance.

Bathroom light was comparable to a candle light, tv volume was controlled and could not hear a thing, air conditioning also controlled and not cool enough, location is good only if you have a car

Very attentive staff, beautiful property, clean and well maintained. Breakfast brought up to our room made it very cozy.

Air conditioner wasn't working properly and the room was a little stuffy.. Alla came in and fixed it in the morning.
