Very friendly hosts, nice breakfast

We had a lovely stay -- the owners were very welcoming and the breakfast was wonderful - even brought to our room! Traveling with our 3 teenagers is not easy in terms of space, but the room combination we had here was perfect. Our room was spotless. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, not easy to walk to places but a very welcome respite after exploring crowded Venice for a day. Would definitely recommend!

The proprietors were really nice! They were so kind to wait for us because we got in extremely late. They did not make us feel bad for coming so late. We all really appreciated that! :)

We didn't love the commute into Venice, but honestly, after we took the bus (one very easy bus transfer - 19 to 9) - or the express (not available on Sundays - 84) - it was no big deal. We worked it into our day and found it not at all a bother. The accommodations were very nice to come home to. :)

First word that came to mind when we got into our room - lovely! And VERY clean. It didn't just look clean, but it felt clean and there was a nice scent which made it smell clean too. Our room and the halls were beautifully furnished, also wonderful paintings. The instructions for getting picked up were perfect. The location was so close to the airport (but not close enough for a short walk to/from the airport). Finally, the hosts were wonderful! They were accomodating to our late arrival and early departure. They provided breakfast for us even though it was outside the normal breakfast hours. They were so hospitable and charming. We were sad to stay only one night but we would definitely stay here again! Grazie mille Alla e Fabrizio! Camera 21
