Its nice, clean , confortable, very nice and helpful staff

It was a bit cold that day, my room didn’t had hot water and the heating on my room was not on, i found out that the heating work only few hours in the day, but it was very cold and couldn’t handle the cold , talk to reception multiple times …was so kind and managed to change my room

No hot water,no water running in taps,fag burns on the toilet seat,mould around the skirting boards,all doors damaged

Tea coffee making good Bed linen & 2 towels

No TV working reported & all they did was remove remote control.. Not secure Reception for my details storage and on break for my arrival, I walked straight in all weekend nothing securing outside main door...Reception open too... Holes in bathroom filled in in room not clean Dusty and dirty windows behind blinds Traffic noise at night and morning due to open window Reception dated and dirty £10 damage deposit...they should have paid me
