It was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Disgusting and filthy! Beds springy and old / worn and has vomit / seamen stains - Noisy and drafts in rooms - also had clothing stolen from room. When I asked about it in the morning they had no idea. Then after threats of legal action the clothing magically appeared! AVOID

It was a decent price, and not too far from Newcastle centre.

Only basic facilities.

Leaving

Rooms were very dirty. Unbelievably small. My colleague in the next room had items mysteriously disappear from his locked room when we were out for the evening. Only after threatening to call the police the next day were the items miraculously found after staff first claiming they had no idea

It was close to the location I needed to be

Lots of road noise. No curtains, only a blind so not possible to block out the street lights. Made worse by one flickering all night.

De beveiligde parkeerplaats (waar we overigens wèl extra voor betalen moesten) en de bedden waren ok. Zeep en shampoo aanwezig.

De buurt waarin dit hotel gelegen is viel erg tegen. Geen gordijnen, alleen shutters die niet volledig dichtgaan. De hele nacht last gehad van buitenlicht. De waterkoker sprong telkens na 20 seconden uit; het water kwam niet aan de kook. Tv ging ook steeds na 20 seconden uit. Allergische reacties aan over gehouden.
