Grainger Hotel

We booked one night at grainger. We booked as it was close to stadium. We didn’t expect much. But what we expected was absolutely the worst „hotel experience” ever.

Bathroom so dirty we didn’t take shower. We preferred to travel back home!

the room was clean

other guests were very noisy at night constantly coming in and out of their rooms and also the smell of weed coming into the room from the corridor in the night was awful

Nice quiet area away short distance away from the main city centre

The staff where very nice unfortunately the room i was given was in a very poor state of repair with several heath and safety issues and breaches of fire safety

Near to the city centre

Holes in walls, black inside of kettle (staff were happy to change it straight away), burn marks on draws, toilet didn’t flush properly.

Was close enough to city centre to be able to walk in .

The room was not the room advertised ,the shower wasn't clean,there were holes in the bathroom room wall and the heating wasn't on the room was cold.

Friendly staff when they were actually there

Smells of smoke, holes in walls, floor tiles cracked, car park horrendous and down round the back of the hotel, not visible from road and no signs. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Room stuffy
