Location and rate was very good for one night

One litre milk bottle in fridge was opened and over half used. (Not acceptable, would expect an unopened bottle to be provided a smaller bottle per room) Also a power point not working possibly a fuse blown)

Very good location. Walking distance to central Christchurch. Motel manager accommodated my request for an upstairs unit and didn't charge extra which was nice

Several small maintenance issues, missing window catch, no plug in the vanity basin in the bathroom which I alerted the motel manager to before I left. A bedside table light would be helpful.
