Magnificent views overlooking Lake Garda Private underground parking tight for a large 4x4 or van but manageable. Good swimming pool complex and nice grounds. Plenty of very hot water. Location is good but not a drive for the faint hearted

Offered as Delux accommodation. I visited this complex 30 years ago and the fixtures and fittings are the same, now tired and outdated. Pictures. 3 separate lifts fom car park to 1st floor apartment.Great balcony but no privacy whatsoever between adjoining balconies. Bath towels were hung over trellises by other residents so as not to be overlooked. The air conditioning unit did not function effectively and was again ancient. Smoking whilst not allowed in the rooms the balconies were used as smoking areas by other residents. Chain smokers which prevented the possibility of opening the terrace doors for fresh air. You are advised. and do need a car to get to and from the complex and to get around. No good for a less able person. Very hilly and lots of steps. Paid: €239 plus taxes per night accommodation only. Unfortunately this was exceptionally poor value for money. 6 of the apartments have been purchased by an off-site Company and as such there is no on site support We were asked to contact their agent on arrival by phone but the line just kept going dead. A what's app messafe followed sometime later after we had arrived onsite. Specific issues raised with the agents: very loose toilet seat fixings totally corroded. Pictures. Only 2 small rolls of toilet paper for 8 nights. Asked to buy our own. Towels and bedlinen not changed. No swimming poll towels provided. Contract stated 7 nights 2 towel changes and bedlinen after 7 nights. Plus provision of pool towels. Never happened. No action even after challenging the offsite rep. Emergency shower call chord available if you dare touch it. Pictures. Our time in Gardone Riviera was memorable. However, what was meant to be a special break, turned out, due to the poor and outdated accommodation and service to be very disappointing. Worst accommodation during 28 days travelling France, Germany, Austria and Italy. Would I go again yes, but would never stay at this accommodation.

Gute Lage am Hang mit sehr schönem Blick auf den See. Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet, viele Liegen, gute Sonnenschirme. Die Snackbar am Pool war leider kaum offen. Die Garage ist groß genug, auch für SUVs, aber steile, etwas enge Zufahrt. Die Apartments sind geräumig, aber auch spartanisch, einfach eingerichtet. Dem Preis nicht angemessen! Bett, Matratzen und Bettwäsche sind gut. Genügend Handtücher und Badetücher vorhanden. TV leider nur mit terrestrischem Empfang, kein deutscher Sender für z.B. Nachrichten. Terassenstühle aus Stahl ohne Auflagen oder Kissen, also für die schönen Abende mit Blick auf den See sehr unbequem. Wir würden aber noch mal dort buchen.

A fairly large apartment with a large balcony, large sitting room/kitchen and large bedroom. Fabulous views across Lake Garda. The apartment is in a complex with a nice swimming pool and a bar by the pool. Underground car park with a lift up to the accommodation. A great location from which to explore the Western shore of Lake Garda, and very close to Il Vittoriale, the massive, idiosyncratic former home of Italy’s famous poet and adventurer Gabriele D’Annunzio - well worth a visit.
