Overall the staff were very friendly and approachable, the property is we kept, rosemary bushes for hedging and lavender for border plants. The pool area is also well laid out and easily accessible, again the staff were very friendly. I was a little underwhelmed with the apartment, clean and tidy but maybe a little tired, fridge bottom tray was broken, there was a decorative corner missing of the shower tray just small things that you wouldn't have at home. There was also no dishwasher in the kitchen, which surprised me as advertised as a fully equipped kitchen.

Residence accogliente e curato con posizione panoramica d'eccezione. Interni luminosi e spaziosi, curati e pulizia ottimale. Piscina esterna confortevole con piccolo bar annesso. Utilissimo garage interrato opportunamente servito da ascensori . Delizioso balcone vista lago e verdeggiante contesto.

Spent 7 days here, from 28/06/17 to 06/7. The appartments are really nice, clean and there's a table and chairs out side. The swimming pool overlooks stunning views of Lake Garde. Bad points were that it's up a steep hill/mountain, the road is very narrow near the top, only a car width,and if one car is going up as another is coming down, it's scary. The appartments seemed very popular with German families and that was the only language I heard. If you don't have mobility problems, these appartments are great with stunning panoramic views of Lake Garde.

Tutto sommato bene, chiarita l'incompresione sulla richiesta di 40 € per pulizia residence alla partenza, che peraltro abbiamo ripassato noi, lasciando pulitissimo, alla fine, sembra, non addebitati. Mancavano presine per le pentole , sapone da piatti e spugnetta per i piatti, fornite dopo richiesta. Sarebbe gradevole trovarle già lì. Torneremo

un weekend programmato e prenotato all'improvviso. Ottima sistemazione, andrebbero solo aggiornate le mappe dei navigatori che ti portano fuori strada! C'e' voluto un po' per trovarlo.

시즌이 끝나서 투숙객이 없어 다소 썰렁하다는 느낌은 받았지만, 그 덕에 호수가 보이는 방으로 바꿔주는 기회를 잡았음. 시설도 깨끗하고 직원의 친절도가 너무 좋아서 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳! 아쉽게도 안개와 구름이 덮여서 풍광을 제대로 감상을 못 했지만 날씨 좋을 때의 lake view의 객실은 너무나도 좋아 보일것 같음. 다만, 찾아가는 길이 네비와 맞지 않아 어려움이 있었음.

Really happy, the hotel was clean, gardens and pool were beautiful. The view of the lake from our windows/ balcony were simply stunning. As this is part way up a mountain road a car really is a must here.

Wir haben dieses Hotel bereits zum zweiten Mal besucht. Die Apartments sind sehr geräumig, sauber und zweckmäßig mit allem - außer einer Spülmaschine - ausgestattet, was auch ein Selbstversorger erwartet. Wir bevorzugen allerdings, uns in den vielen guten Restaurants mit mediterraner Küche in der näheren Umgebung verwöhnen zu lassen. Ein Auto ist wegen der Lage hoch oben am Hang notwendig, wenn man nicht sehr sportlich und gut zu Fuß ist. Dafür entschädigt der Panoramablick. Unbedingt Zimmer mit direktem Seeblick buchen! Erwähnenswert noch, dass es nur im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage gibt.

Very pleasant residences. Situated in hills just above lake garda. Great views over lake. Good value for money. Swimming pool not large but was fine. Mostly german visitors with smattering of english and dutch. Mostly families with small children, all very nice. Air conditioning is only in bedroom. That means main room and particularly upstairs room is excessively hot. It says satellite tv but there are only a few italian language channels available. Also "games room" is a small room with some plastic mostly broken toddler toys - don't expect a ps4. Rooms nice and clean and they changed towels and cleaned regularly. Staff friendly and bar by pool lovely for drinks and lunch. Is a pain to try to find initially as sat navs dont help but easy once you've found your way around. Overall good value and pleasant especially compared with very pricey villas around but next time would try to find something with air conditioning throughout.
