Bon séjour. Décoration de la chambre date un peu mais grande chambre avec nombreux rangements et propre

hotel bien situé (près de la gare, des restaurants et du centre-ville). Notre chambre ne donnait pas sur la rue, donc très silencieux, et magnifique vue sur les montagnes.

The hotel is well situated in the centre of Sierre, very comfortable bed, good sized room, the bathroom facilities are average.

Decrepit hotel, in dire need of renovation. None of the hotel staff were wearing protective face masks during our stay, which we found especially shocking. There were no amenities open to guests, so no breakfast, despite it being included in the room price. The reception staff made no effort to make us feel welcome, or to offer help to us in finding food and sustenance in the vicinity. The bar was closed during our stay, except for Sunday morning, when alcohol was being served - but not to us! The towels in the room were old, worn and thin and the fittings dated. This is a very tired place you should only stay in desperation.

It's not worth staying there.

Personnel très aimable, petit déjeuné copieux et servi. Seul problème durant le séjour, le bruit nocturne du aux travaux ferroviaires à la gare proche, c'est temporaire.
