Freundliches Personal mit nützlichen Informationen. Alles sauber. Wenig zu beanstanden. Straße nachts etwas laut.

Ich werde nicht noch einmal hierher gehen.

Alles prima, nur die Matratzen waren bisschen sehr weich. Schwache Internetverbindung riss gelegentlich ab.

A acomodação é bem tranquila. O quarto é bem espaçoso. A localização não é muito boa, mas se estiver de carro é tranquilo chegar até o centro de Salzburgo.

The property may be ideal for casual activists. It is not suitable for family and businessmen. My family of 4 stayed there for 4 nights after we paid online before the stay. Upon checked-in at their other property (Das Grune Bio Hotel Zur Post) which was located about 400 metres away , we humbly asked for an iron and an ironing board from the reception. We were shocked when the receptionist told us that they don't provide iron and that we need to come over to their main hotel (Das Grune Bio Hotel Zur Post) which was about 400 metres away if we want to iron our clothes and have breakfast. We told them that we don't need breakfast. However, we had to carry our clothes and brought it over to their main hotel (Das Grune Bio Hotel) for 4 consecutive days to iron our clothes. It was really a shocking experience to my family throughout our many years of travelling around Europe and other parts of the world. We had no choice but had to do it because the stay had been paid for prior to our arrival. We will be more wary of such a horrible accommodation and its ridiculous arrangement in future. They should have been more sensible and understanding of customer's need. The staff may be nice but not so helpful to look into our simple need. They could have lend us the iron and ironing board which was not used by anybody during the 4 days. Horrible service culture. Not worth the value paid.

We enjoyed our stay here. The building is nice and quiet and the room was comfortable. Shower worked great. Other advantages are that they are happy to keep your luggage at the Green hotel 200m down the road (they own villa ciconi). Ciconi is directly on the 1 bus route straight into town (10mins) and very close to the 10 bus to the airport (8mins). Come out of ceconi turn right cross the road and walk up about 100 meters to the 10 bus stop this goes to the airport.

It felt a little odd that it was off-site from the main hotel.

Stayed for one night on a business trip during covid times. Very well kept place with spot cleanness and attention to details. Communication was good, and we had a room change request on arrival and the managers were helpful to accomodate. I'm looking forward to stay again if passing through Austria.

Waren sehr zufrieden mit Zimmer 403 in der Villa. Dusche/WC bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen. Die Größe des Schlafraumes ist top. Die Unterkunft liegt circa 30 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Wahlweise fahren aber auch alle paar Minuten Busse von vor der Haustür ab. Reibungsloser Check In und Check Out.
