Villa Ceconi by Das Grüne Hotel zur Post

Another beautiful looking grand villa boutique hotel with main recption 150 meters down the road. Have to climb the stairs , no lift for taking bags up. Room size excellent car parking on site. Sleepy town where everyone goes to sleep early. No loose despite being on main road and buses going by.

La struttura è originale nel suo insieme, la nostra camera era arredata con mobili in stile (l'armadio avrebbe bisogno di una riparazione alle ante, basterebbe poco; la tappezzeria delle poltroncine deve essere sostituita perché rotta e macchiata).La posizione assolutamente eccezionale in quanto l'autobus n°1 porta in centro in cinque minuti e le frequenza è ogni dieci. Il nostro breve soggiorno ci ha portato a scegliere di fare colazione in centro per visitare i locali noti come il caffè Tomaselli, ma nelle vicinanze della Villa ci sono possibilità di vario tipo. Il mio giudizio della struttura e positivo va sottolineata la cortesia e la cordialità alla reception.

War sehr zufrieden. Einrichtung war zwar nicht mehr die neueste, aber auch nicht rammschig ;)

Gute Lage und super Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Zweckmässige Einrichtung mit gutem Platzangebot für die Familie. Lärm dringt vom Flur leicht ein.

Junges, dynamisches und kundenorientiertes Team. Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen sauber, die Einrichtung entspricht dem Preis. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

We found insects (spiders, and ants in the room) and no air conditioning. We decided to leave the hotel immediately and find another hotel.

The room was nice and clean and located closely to downtown, however, 35+ in the heat was almost unbearable at night because there is no air conditioning. I would stay there again if it were cooler but NOT of it were hot.

This was a last minute reservation and had I known that there was no air conditioning I would not have chosen to stay here. The room was clean and the shower was nice but that's about it. When I mentioned other poor reviews to the hotel desk man (at a nearby hotel that takes care of this Villa) he said i would have been lucky to find air conditioning in many hotels across Europe. My family and I have been to 6 other cities where every place had air conditioning. At 36 degrees during the day, a good night sleep was essential and we did not get that. Windows had to be open in order to get some air in so, of course, the city noises flowed in. I'm sure it would be an ok place in cooler weather but NOT in the hot weather. I also did not appreciate the way he condascended me when he spoke about how I felt. Wouldn't stay here again.

Vi reste mot Österrike och stannade en natt här. Man bodde i ett större hus och fick gå 500 meter till själva huvudhotellet när man skulle äta frukost. Frukosten skulle vara ekologisk och priset var 180:-per person. Det var den inte på långa vägar värd. Inget större utbud som man skulle kunna förvänta sig till det priset. Lite trist att det var samma pris för barn och vuxna om man ska ta det priset. Skippa fukosten och ät på annat ställe.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The family room was very large and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
