Albergo Pace

Pasquale was absolutely the best! Very informative, helpful and makes a great cappuccino and Nutella croissant! Hotel itself is on the older side but it is a great location, clean, and safe.

We stayed in Pompei for only one night to see the ruins. The hotel had a bed and seemed safe and was overall fine, but the television didn't work, the shower took long to get hot and then wouldn't stay warm for long (I didn't have time to wait in the morning for a warm shower so skipped one altogether :( ) and the A/C was broken; it kept us up with loud noises all night and ended up pumping in warm air from outside. The staff was friendly but the hotel was mediocre. Breakfast was a pastry and coffee- sufficient but nothing special. If I were to return I would probably book a hotel just a little closer to the ruins, although this one was only about a 10-15 minute walk. Keeping in mind the price of the hotel, I'm not upset, but was just a little disappointed.

Quiet location. There is a lot of potential in the rooms however there were a few dissapointing things that make you feel the owners did not care about the guest. The shower was broken, so you have to handle the shower with one hand, breakfast is extremely poor you actually feel like you are not even welcome to have it, dumps on the room roof and dirty cover on the bed. Is it possible to sleep?, sure, just don't have high expectations.

Seconds from the train station, with shops and other services on the doorstep and only a short stroll away from the most incredible experience of walking back in time, Alberto Pace is well situated. A visible, friendly and most helpful host gives it a more personal and welcoming feel. It was a little tired around the edges and pricey relative to similar establishments on our trip so far but it is clean and served as a good base for our short stay. Pleasant but not plush.

La prenotazione online non è giunta con la precisione prevista, ma l'hotel si è dimostrato flessibile ed abbiamo sistemato le cose al telefono. La posizione è centrale rispetto alla stazione treni e al centro, con varie opportunità vicine per consumare i pasti i locali tipici e convenienti. Il personale non è presente tutto il giorno, ma si riesce comunque a incontrare regolarmente: la gestione è di tipo familiare. Suggerimenti su ogni questione sottoposta, risposte sempre utili e precise. Da suggerire a chi privilegia la semplicità e il rapporto umano agli standard di servizio e al confort, comunque dignitoso.

工作人員態度佳，但英文不一定通，而且check in完基本上就不會在了，入住前要先告知到達時間這點要求其實對於自助旅行有點困擾，花了好多時間找網路告訴旅館我們到達時間。房間清潔是這趟旅行最不好的。沒水，自來水有怪味，吹風機破洞，抽屜裡裡有之前房客留下來的食物腐爛，衣櫥發臭，裡面的被子根本不敢拿出來用，被子老舊脫線，外面是小庭院，會聚集一堆其他房客抽煙喝酒，然後我們房間裡就變得超級吵超級煙味....。另外，早餐陽春。

Bon séjour à Albergo Pace. Très bien situé dans le centre ville mais est en retrait par rapport à la rue : calme assuré ! Proche de la gare de Pompéi, de l'entrée aux fouilles archéologiques et de toutes commodités (boulangeries, épicerie, bars, restaurants, poste, police, boutiques de souvenirs, ...). La chambre donnait sur le jardin, avait un confort classique mais bien fourni et une salle de bain complète. Une grande terrasse/solarium est disponible à l'étage. Le petit déjeuner, servit au niveau -1 avec une petite terrasse, était de type italien (pas de salé) vous pouviez demander du café ou du chocolat chaud. Des livres sur Pompéi et Naples sont disponible à la réception en plusieurs langues, dont le Français. Le gérant ainsi que la dame de service sont très gentils et aux petits soins ! Attention ils ne parlent pas Français mais l'Anglais. Pour les points "négatifs" : la salle de bain mériterait un petit coup de jeune. Un regret, du fait qu'il possède un second établissement un peu plus loin, le propriétaire est peu présent et il faut l'appeler quand vous arrivez. Cependant, il arrive en moins de 15 minutes. A tous ceux qui souhaitent visiter Naples et/ou la côte Amalfitaine, je conseille fortement de séjourner sur Pompéi qui est une ville calme et charmante. Si je reviens sur place, je choisirais à nouveau l'Albergo Pace !

Left as soon as I could. Much better establishments for an additional 10 euros.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and seems much better than a one-star hotel. The room was large, had a/c, and was well maintained. The location is excellent- just a few blocks from the entrance to the ruins. The hotel staff was amazingly friendly and helpful- Massimo in particular was such an kind and solicitous host. I definitely recommend!
