Apartamentos Marina Internacional

Booked a 1 bedroomed apartment with twin beds but on arrival we were given a 1 bedroomed apartment with 1 small double bed and a sofa bed. As we need separate beds we were just given sheets to make up the sof bed ourselves. Not a very nicely located room with a sewage smell and very noisy extract unit close by. We had asked for a quiet room not on ground floor but as we arrived late we had been allocated what was probably the worst room available

Hotel was ok but was never told you have to pay €8.00 to park for 24hrs should be free if you have a room

handy central location for pool, beach and town.

Basic standard apartment,poor crockery lack of toaster until requested .tissue paper walls hear everything.towels were terrible no use for drying anything until replacements requested.nice restaurants and bar around the marina which were the plus.

Could have done with tea making facilities

Pleasant surprise as we were right down on the water front. The marina was full of yachts large and small which we could watch from our very tiny balcony. The apartment was fairly basic but comfortable and it did have an electric kettle and coffee maker. The main wall where flat screen TV was had a huge mural of Berlin, I believe other rooms had pictures of other cities...different. The many bars and restaurants had a variety of international food and some entertainment. Surprisingly in a Marina not expensive. It is very handy for going into Torrevieja either on foot or bus which is not far from appt. Torrevieja is not great for driving however it does have many underground car parks if you need to drive.

A great place to stay if you get the right room. On arrival we were put in a small, dark, unappealing small ground floor apartment- no balcony. We immediately voiced our dissatisfaction, but were told that that all the apartments with balconies were 2 bedroomed. Our bedroom window looked into the restaurant so our blinds had to be drawn at all times. After 3 days we both agreed that our holiday was a total disaster because of our poor accommodation. We once again asked to be moved, and were told it wasn't possible. We refused to accept this as we felt sure that the complex wasn't full and said that even if we had to wait till people moved out we wanted a change of apartment. Within 15 minutes a lovely 1 bedroomed apartment, on the first floor with a balcony was found : room 108. This is despite the fact that we had been told that ALL apartments with a balcony were 2 bedroomed. Also when we looked at the description on our booking slip from Hotels.Com we realised that our new accommodation was the size and standard we had paid for. From the time we moved into 108 we had a delightful holiday. The setting fantastic. It was literally on the doorstep of lovely restaurants & a great little pub. We would go back ,but only if we were guaranteed a good apartment--we would never want even 1 night in our original apartment which was called Oslo. Our advice is check carefully what you are getting as it can either be great or absolutely terrible.

Very basic apartment, quality of towels etc pretty bad but clean. Lovely balcony and staff very helpful. Just feel this place needs a bit more TLC. Perfect location.
