Dirty, foul smelling room, unhelpful receptionist however lovely bar staff

Good sized apartment, but only cleaned ever 4 days. Stairs handrail loose in places, also no lift or help with anything. Your just given a key and that’s it. Some receptionists don’t speak / understand much English. We would have to be desperate to stay again.

We booked a one bedroom apartment which allegedly slept 4 people. When we arrived we were given an appartment with one double bed and one small sofa. This was totally unsuitable as it was 4 adult males who were travelling. We were forced to change appartments for an additional cost of 40 euros. The hotel staff were very unhelpful and kept referring us back to Expedia. I intend to take this matter further with Expedia customer services.

The rooms are quite small with tired bedding, towels and facilities. Furniture is on its last legs. We changed room only to a small apartment with kitchenette. The cooking utensils were minimum, but the size of the room was much better than the room only option. We had a few ants in the kitchen area but generally the room was clean. The TV had only 2 English language channels The staff were very good, friendly and helpful. The marina the apartments are located on have a couple of bars and restaurants and is very relaxed. It wouldn’t be my choice but for one or two nights stop over it would be ok. The price reflects the condition of the property. The location is a short walk from the new marina and plenty of beaches and some great bars and restaurants of Torrevieja. It could be much better with a little more investment from the owners and attention to details.

Spent 2 nights at the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioner is always a good bonus in Spain, but the best of all was the location - nice views, few restaurants and coffees and walking distance to the beaches, Tourists information centre and the bus station. Very good value accommodation.

Horrible hotel, first day stayed in room named Madrid has disgusting swerge drain smell in Bathroom filled whole apartment, they replaced it following day, next to it called London kind of smelled horrible specially at night... Next door room you hear people talking moaning loud noise any time of the day, can't complain as it's hotel construction issues nothing can be done, only read this review and don't waste your money.... Torrevieja is boring quite town in winter.

This hotel is convenient for beaches and shopping/eating out. My husband is quite disabled and some handholds in the bathroom would have been very helpful. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the apartment was clean and tidy although the facilities for cooking were very basic. On the whole we enjoyed our holiday and would return to this venue.

Room on ground floor next to car park. Damp, vile smell of sewage and bedding and towels not of best quality or particularly clean. Youths hanging round door late at night drinking and at 6.45am a prositute doing her business in back of car opposite in full view of anyone passing by. Shocking place.

Great location. If you have a balcony facing into courtyard be aware they have karaoke weekly and it can be difficult to have a good night's sleep. Service was mediocre, they never replaced the lights in our bathroom. Flat was clean and spacious. Balcony was a plus. Food options are okay.

Great location however, rooms are in need of a little TLC
