Absolutely Beautiful lobby and grounds. Excellent breakfast buffet. Wonderful, helpful staff. But the rooms are as dark as a cave. Worst room lighting i have seen in any hotel. Bathroom light shines on the back of your head rather than your face. Not enought light to see what is in the closet. A unsolved mystery for an otherwise excellet hotel.

Otelin lokalizasyonu çok iyi. Otopark problemi yok. Check-in oldukça kolaydı. Girişten itibaren güven veren, güleryüzlü karşılama tüm konaklamaya yansıyor. Konakladığım odada her şey optimaldi. Spa center, kahvaltı, akşam yemeği… her şeyiyle benzer lokalizasyonda bulunan işletmelerden daha iyi sevideydi. Tekrar tercih edilecek bir işletme olarak değerlendiriyorum.

"Otel rahatsızlıkları"

Klima çalışmadı gece üşüdük, sabah düzeltmeye geldiler elektrik havadan dolayı sürekli gitti klima yine çalışmadı. Termale sabah giremedik kapatıldı sabah havuzlar sıcak değildi. Su ve içecekler paralı. Ve pahalı. Yemekler dışında hizmetten memnun kalmadık.

Girişten çıkışa tüm deneyim noktalarında tüm çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve çözüm odaklıydı. Yemekler lezzetli ve çeşitlilik oldukça yeterliydi. Islak alanlar çocuk dostuydu. Çocuklara yönelik aktiviteler de doyurucu ve nitelikliydi.
