Our stay was pleasant, however the customer service in the hotel overall could improve. Great facilities and spacious bedroom.

Location was amazing and beach was perfect

A lovely hotel with plenty of parking available. We were out of season, so didn't go into the sea or use the outside pools but the pools inside were sufficient for me and my son to use. Rooms were great with a sea view. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice clean rooms, helpful staff in the reception, restaurant, and also on the beach. House keeping also very kind and helpful. The food is colorful, varied and delicious, typically Turkish style. The hotel location, and its infrastructure, comparing with other hotel’s nearby, is the best.

This was our 3rd back to back years. The quality over the years drastically reduced, fewer member of the staff, housekeeping who constantly gossip about us out-loud, a safe couldn’t fix in a 5 day stay and a mini bar person who enters the room as he please. When I stayed here 3 years ago my experience was ‘wow’ now just an average hotel. Won’t be coming back next year. Thanks to the bakery chef who accommodate my daughter’s allergens, spa staff and Musa from the beach

Recommend this spa hotel. Clean, service is good, staff are helpful, food is good. Primarily local Turkish visitors, which created a nice local vibe.
