"Adorei o chalet, faltou acolhimento e conforto ao mesmo !"

Gostamos no chalet no entanto faltou muitas vezes a luz, não conseguimos aquecer no primeiro dia. Aquando pedir ajuda para a receção para ligar a salamandra não conseguiram resolver e o tecnico nunca apareceu. No segundo dia os cortes da luz permaneceram o que se tornou bastante desagradavel e desacolhedor para a minha familia. Obrigada

Dos cortes sistematicos da luz , de 10 em 10 minutos ia abaixo , do tecnico que nunca apareceu para ligar a salamandra !
