Pobyt se mi velmi líbil. Personál byl velmi napomocný, hotel a pokoj byl čistý. Snídaně výborná. Poloha hotelu nemůže být lepší. Při příštím pobytu v Karlových Varech budu opět volit stejný hotel.

Byl jsem se vším maximálně spokojen.

Ubicación en el mismo centro de Karlovy Vary, pese a ello el hotel es muy tranquilo. Todo a mano. Habitación y baño muy amplios. Camas cómodas. Buen desayuno en un salón muy acogedor.. La habitación daba a la fachada principal. Personal amable.

Quizá deberían mejorar algo la opacidad de las ventanas para conseguir una oscuridad mayor. Los edredones son un poco pequeños. Pero no tendría problema en volver a alojarme en este hotel.

Очень прекрасное расположение, приветливый персонал и прекрасный завтрак. Не смотря что на улице было 28 градусов тепла,в номере было прохладно и комфортно. Так же Очень хорошая шумоизоляция . Отдыхом остались довольны
