Hotel was good. Good location and good view from the city from the rooftop. The staff was kind but the language was a little challenge as sometimes we needed some information and they struggled with speaking english. Breakfast was good with good options. Make sure to see the sunrise with the balloons from the rooftop. It is worth it to wake up really early to see it.

Good experience of cave hotel. The hotel is located at the highest point in Göreme so the view is good from terrace. Also it's good to walk around.

The door of shower can not be closed properly. Not a big problem.
