Очень уютный отель. Прекрасное, атмосферное место. Кто шары хочет увидеть - отлично их видно. Приложу фото сделанное на территории отеля без обработки. Персонал очень приветливый, все вопросы решают быстро, все понятно. За трансфер договаривались на рецепшене тоже. Номер чистейший, уютный, размер хороший. Постель, полотенца - все чистое. Тапочки, шампунь, мыло были в номере. Вода идёт отличным напором, сливается отлично, душ принимать одно удовольствие, еще есть джакузи, но мы не пользовались. Завтрак - потрясающий. Фрукты, свежевыжатый сок, несколько видов сыра, инжир, курага, мед в сотах. Ну и база - яйца, сосиски и т д. Все очень понравилось. Кажется что лучше не найти, а по цене- не самый дорогой вариант.

Le faltaba un poco de luz en la parte de afuera de la habitación para disfrutar el exterior.

El desayuno

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Cappadocia and unfortunately our experience was disappointing, especially considering the price and the expectations for a deluxe room. One of the main reasons we booked the deluxe room was the fireplace, but it was not functioning properly. Instead of working normally, the smoke kept coming back into the room. We were genuinely worried about breathing the smoke all night and had to keep the door open for ventilation, which made the experience very uncomfortable. There was also a small fridge in the room, but surprisingly there was no accessible power outlet nearby, so it could not even be used. We had bought cold drinks for the evening and ended up not being able to keep them cold. Another issue was the terrace access. We woke up very early specifically to enjoy the Cappadocia sunrise view from the terrace, but the terrace door was locked and we had to search for staff to open it. Finally, the location of our room within the hotel was not convenient. The reception and common/view areas are at the top of the property, while our room was at the very bottom, requiring multiple stairs every time we wanted to go up. Since enjoying the views and common spaces is one of the main reasons people book hotels in Cappadocia, this really affected our overall experience and made us stay in the room more than we wanted. The staff were polite, but overall the stay did not meet our expectations for a deluxe room experience.
