Excellent location. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Train station a few minutes from the Hotel. Be aware that they are doing some remodeling in some of the rooms. Adela at the front desk was excellent and she gave us lots of tips to explore the area after she gave us our Interlaken Pass that you can use for unlimited public transportation around the Interlaken area .

Awesome location to town and food options and staff was great. Breakfast is pretty good here and rooms are well cleaned and maintained.

I love the location, the breakfast was very good. I booked a room for three and they upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. Very convenient

The hotel is located right in the main street of Interlaken and there is a bus stop very next to the hotel. The best thing of the hotel is its location and the worst thing is the dealing of the kitchen staff. The person at the reception was good. The breakfast spread has some vegetarian options but surprisingly the breakfast remains the same daily, we stayed there for four nights but not a single item was changed in the breakfast. During checkin, they ask you to sign a document which says that you have to pay 500 franks fine if the bathroom floor is made wet by you which was disgusting. The beds were two soft and we requested them to provide hard mattress but they refused. They give two mineral water bottles per day free but tap water is also drinkable in Switzerland so no need to buy water.

Staff were friendly and helpful, location is excellent - only a 20min walk from Interlaken Ost or even shorter from Interlaken West

Clean convenient and great amenities

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Weisses Kreuz for 3 nights. The hotel location is great- it is close to Interlaken west (6-8 minutes of walk). There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and buses go to Interlaken west and Interlaken Ost at regular intervals. We found this location very suitable when returning after a tiring day of sightseeing. All we needed to do was hop on the bus and get down right in front of the hotel. There are couple of grocery stores and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel rooms are not very fancy but have a cozy feel. Some of the corridors have a dampness. I believe it’s an old construction, but the lower floors are slightly better. The superior room is better than the standard room- in terms of space and maintenance. All rooms get a refrigerator and a range of toiletries. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Right after checkin, we noticed that there was a slight water leakage in our room from the mini fridge. The front desk staff was prompt to change our room despite late in the evening. The front desk staff helped us in planning itineraries and guiding us to local restaurants and sight seeing places. The hotel does offer a decent breakfast. The bread isn’t the best but all the other things are nice. One thing to note - There is no kettle in the rooms. The hotel has a common sitting area where they have one microwave, one kettle and disposable plates and spoons. They also have coffee powder and tea bags with sugar and creamer in this common area. So while it does cause a little inconvenience without the kettle in the room (if you prefer to have tea coffee in your room), but overall, I think the common area is not a bad option. Overall I think it’s a decent place for stay, nothing exceptional, but nothing bad either.

The hotel is very good value for money with clean and tidy rooms,comfortable bed and pillows and good shower and bathroom appointments.There is a lift in the building. Breakfast is included with lots of options. A pizza restaurant is downstairs.I did not eat there but the aroma from the kitchen was lovely.
