Perfect location! Situated in a quiet area, yet only a 15-minute walk from the city center. If you’re looking to relax your nervous system, this is the perfect place — all you can hear are the birds. The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A lovely, cozy atmosphere with excellent service and a very comfortable room. You'll enjoy the scenic view. The breakfast, prepared on request, is absolutely worth it! Conveniently located close to the city, yet peaceful and relaxing. You can also enjoy the charming presence of cats, chickens, and beautiful birds

Nothing to remark.

Excellent location for exploring the town of Montepulciano and the surrounding area when you require safe and free parking. The walk into town is uphill, but not far, and then you can drink as much vino nobile as you like. We booked last minute and only an ensuite room was available. If there had been a choice, we would have chosen an apartment for more facilities and an outdoor seating area. However, even for the rooms, there is a communal space (also where breakfast is served) where you can make tea and coffee and have use of a fridge. The room was comfortable (although very hot for my preference) with a nice view over the olive groves. Quiet location and fairly well soundproofed rooms. Breakfast was plentiful, served to your table and consisting of typical sweet and savoury Italian pastries. Also eggs cooked to order. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating.

Large, thick cobweb on the ceiling above the window, which should really be removed. Shower was quite small with a shower curtain that stuck to you while showering. Not a deal breaker.
