חדרים מרווחים מאוד, נקיים. ארוחת בוקר מצויין (גם במושגי תמורה למחיר וגם בהתחשב בעובדה שקשה למצוא ואוכל מערבי בקונמינג). צוות מאוד קורפרטיבי , למרות שאין במלון כמעט אף עובד שמבין או מדבר אנגלית ורוב התקשורת נעשיית באמצעות תוכנות תרגום, עם זאת הצוות פותר כל בעיה ומאוד אמין. מיקום מצויין וכשצריך מוניות זמינות בחניית המלון.

אין במלון לובי שניתן שבת בו או לארח בו. אינטרנט אלחוטי כמעט שלא ניתן לשימוש (וזו בעיה מאוד נפוצה במלונות ביונאן)
