אין במלון לובי וגם לא מחשבים לשימוש האורחים. הצוות בקבלה ברובו אינו מדבר אנגלית , ולא כל שפה אירופאית אחרת ( צרפתית, איטלקית, ספרדית וגם לא ערבית) ככה שאי אפשר לתקשר איתו ללא אפליקציית תרגום

Een heel comfortabel hotel, centraal gelegen en op loopafstand van green lake park (400m). Een prachtig uitzicht vanaf onze kamer op de 13de etage over de stad. Een mooie kamer met heerlijke bedden en een luxe badkamer. Het ontbijtbuffet is heel erg uitgebreid, veel keuze en het smaakte allemaal heerlijk.

Świetna lokalizacja, pokoje bardzo czyste, dobre kosmetyki i przybory toaletowe, woda dostarczana codziennie. Duży wybór dań śniadaniowych, zarówno europejskich jak i lokalnych. Robiąca wrażenie siłownia z widokiem na całe miasto.

Sterowanie klimatyzacją trochę szwankowało, Wi-Fi raczej słabe, większość personelu zna tylko język chiński.
