Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Good greakfast. Their bathrooms seem newly renovated, so very nicely decorated, fluffy towels.

Much more than a typical three-star hotel.

If we hadn’t experienced what happened, I might have felt better about the hotel. The hotel is not truly pet-friendly. When we arrived, we learned that leaving our dog alone in the room is forbidden, and they actively monitor guests regarding this rule, which felt very uncomfortable and intrusive. If the hotel has strict policies like this, they should clearly state them in their profile. Our dog is elderly and has difficulty walking, so staying outside all the time — especially in heavy rain — is simply not possible. If I had known beforehand that the hotel had these kinds of rules, I definitely would not have made the booking.

An excellent hotel. So clean. Breakfast was gorgeous. Staff were very friendly. Would definetly go back again.

The staff in the reception were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ample and the quality of the food was excellent. I particularly liked the fresh fruit and orange juice each morning. It was a lovely space in which to meet each morning and enjoy not only our breakfast, but a coffee as we planned our day.

The staff in the dining room were very busy working hard to keep the breakfast buffet well stocked, as well as cleaning up so the tables were always ready for the next round of guests. This made it challenging for them to be helpful.
