The hotel is in an excellent location and features a wonderful boutique atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, and our room was on the garden side, which made it incredibly quiet and peaceful. The reception and overall service were truly top-notch.

We had a wonderful stay at the Amber Boutique Hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfectly close to the city center. But most and for all the staff was friendly and very helpful with arrangements. Special thanks to Sebastian and Sandra at the reception desk.

Great hotel, perfectly located a short walk from city center. Big and clean rooms with aircon. The reception personnel was very helpful and was always available. Breakfast was fine, with good coffee and with several options. Back garden was a fine place to relax after a long day exploring Krakow. Could definitively stay here again next time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The location is excellent: centrally situated in a remarkably quiet area, yet conveniently close to both the main tourist attractions and the administrative offices. The room was spacious, immaculate and very comfortable, with an equally large and well-maintained bathroom. The bed was perfectly prepared and the mattress exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was generous and thoughtfully arranged, offering a wide and complete selection. I was also particularly impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff: the reception team was attentive, well prepared and multilingual, while the housekeeping staff maintained impeccable standards throughout my stay. Overall, a highly satisfying experience. I would gladly return and confidently recommend this hotel.

Bardzo kameralny, klimatyczny hotel, w którym obsługa stara się sprostać wszystkim oczekiwaniom gości. Atutem jest dobra lokalizacja, blisko rynku głównego, a jednocześnie z dala od zgiełku.

Mile widziana byłaby sauna w cenie pobytu.

Hotel is very pretty, clean and lovingly cared for. The breakfasts were very good, the room was very comfortable and the sauna was a great treat. Best part about it was the staff who are friendly and warm, didn’t hesitate to give any assistance we needed and soon it felt like we were with friends. We really liked the vodka tasting and espresso-on-demand in the lobby. When we had to miss breakfast because of an early tour schedule, they provided box breakfasts to take with us for no charge. It’s also a great location for restaurants and walking around old town. So we are very enthusiastic about the hotel and would stay there again.
