I am delighted with my stay at Amber Boutique Hotels – Amber Design. A friendly, family-like, and warm atmosphere, cozy rooms, a very good breakfast, and fantastic service. This was my first stay at this hotel, but it certainly won’t be my last.

Ci è stata assegnanata una camera spaziosa. Non potendo fruire della colazione, ci hanno preparato un box. Gentilissimi.

Away from the central chaos but close enough to walk there when you want to. Reception desk was always helpful. Lots of variety at breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. I was at street level and while the windows blocked the noise directly outside, there was a thumping band a few blocks away. Mildly annoying but ear plugs did the trick.

I stayed at the Amber Boutique Hotel for five nights and had a very comfortable experience overall. The hotel is in an excellent central location, with many restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. The staff were very helpful and responsive, especially when they kindly arranged a room change after we had an issue with noisy neighbors. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and we appreciated the welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Nice touches such as fresh lemon water and coffee available at reception made the stay even more pleasant. I also liked the hotel’s environmentally friendly housekeeping policy, where room cleaning is done only upon request. It is a thoughtful and sustainable approach. There are just a couple of areas where the hotel could improve. Although the breakfast was good quality, it was the same every day, and a bit more variety, especially more cakes or pastries, would have been welcome during a longer stay. Also, the room did not include many toiletries, although extra amenities were available at reception. This is something that could be improved compared with other hotels in the same category. Overall, I had a very positive stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
