Great location and very friendly and helpful front desk. Breakfast was good and the room was a decent size. Very good value for money.

Great location. Quiet, but only a couple of blocks from the main area. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast very good. Pretty garden out back. Reliable WiFi. The desk was super helpful. I’d return in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Amber Boutique Hotels in Krakow! The location is perfect- very close to the Old Town, yet on quiet street, which makes it ideal for relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always welcoming - they truly make a difference. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained, with great attention to detail. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide selection of fresh, high quality products. A lovely bonus is a beautiful garden, which creates a charming atmosphere. Highly recommended- a place full of character that we would gladly return to.

We were greeted happily upon our arrival. The desk clerk told us about the hotel's breakfast and amenities. We were in Room 310, which was well-appointed with comfortable beds and linens, an iron, blow dryer, tv, and a safe. We were glad there was a lift to our room. It was quiet at night which we appreciated greatly. Breakfast had plentiful hot and cold foods and drinks to choose from. We were within walking distance to Saint Mary's, the Cloth Hall, Wawel Castle, many restaurants and shopping.

Lage und Zimmer sehr gut. Frühstück könnte man besser machen.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein. Und die Sprachkenntnisse der Mitarbeiter für die deutsche Sprache ist zu bemängeln. Vor dreißig Jahren, hat man sich mehr Mühe gegeben. Man hat den Eindruck, das Polnisch-deutsche Verhältnis wird nicht mehr gewünscht.
