Un seul rouleau de papier wc à l arrivée et le lendemain j ai du demander à 4 personnes qui m ont dit. On avant d avoir le charmant Monsieur de la cafétéria qui m a apporté deux rouleaux de papier toilette, nous étions deux personnes et nous restions 3 nuits ! Pas de Clim la caution de 150€ prélevée et bloquée je suis partie depuis dimanche matin de l hôtel on est mercredi apres midi ils n ont toujours pas remboursé les 150€

Very disappointing experience. Upon arrival there was no reception available and no staff on site to assist guests. We were informed that reception was closed due to public holidays, which is difficult to understand for a hotel receiving guests with active reservations. The hotel also does not provide breakfast on public holidays or Sundays, which was not expected and is unacceptable for this type of accommodation. The facilities are old and outdated, and the heating in the room was not working properly. Additionally, parking could not be arranged because there was no staff available to manage it. We asked in advance but were unable to reserve a parking space due to the lack of personnel. Overall, the lack of service, support and basic hotel facilities made the stay far below expectations.

Algunos de los cuartos no andaba la calefacción. El desayuno no estuvo disponible todos los días un día por que era no laborable y el domingo tampoco estaba disponible el desayuno. Las fotos del anuncio no coinciden con la reidad.
