La situation accessible par l'autoroute de l'EST

Accueil à l'arrivée : aucune information sur le numéro de la chambre juste possibilité de récupérer la clef dans un boitier. L'accès payant au parking sans savoir comment l'ouvrir ? Bref utiliser le numéro d'urgence car sinon aucune info en dehors des périodes d'ouverture du guichet. Le lavabo a été bouché. Info donnée le matin à 9h à l'ouverture. retour 19h aucune intervention jusqu'au départ !!!
