Residenza Carducci

Io e mio marito siamo rimasti veramente molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno in questo B&B. Situato in una residenza storica a due passi dal centro in una zona molto tranquilla, accolti dalla proprietaria, una signora squisita e molto ospitale, che ci ha aperto le porte della sua bellissima casa per una colazione indimenticabile!

Stayed here for one night on business. The hotel is well located for the river and city centre.

Si vous êtes un amoureux des hôtels de chaîne, passez votre chemin. Ici, nous sommes dans une très vieille maison (1500 ??) , chez Giovanna, Véronèse depuis toujours. L'appartement : au premier étage, 2 pièces + bain. Meublé en ancien et petite kitchinette dans le salon. Pas de quoi ouvrir un restaurant mais fonctionnel avec 2 taques et un frigo. Certains éléments du décor comme le carrelage semblent un peu vieillot mais dans l’ensemble c’est très bien. Il y a une climatisation surpuissante et les doubles vitrages offrent une isolation phonique parfaite. Lors de l’arrivée, il y avait de l’épicerie de base, café, thé et bouteilles d'eau. Petite tv avec décodeur satellite dans la chambre mais je ne l'ai pas beaucoup utilisée. La situation : près du fleuve, à 10 minutes à pieds de la place Erbe + encore 5 minutes pour arriver aux arènes. Le petit déjeuner se fait dans le salon de nos hôtes avec Giovanna qui nous sert et fait la conversation. Elle parle très bien français, anglais et un peu d’allemand. Dans les environs immédiats, il y a une supérette, boucher, primeur et des restos (non testés). La rue étant en « Gros travaux », nous avons mis notre voiture dans un garage privé à 100m pour 10€ par jour. Et donc un must. Je ne me vois pas séjourner ailleurs à Vérone que chez Giovanna.

Ottimo mini appartamento ( soggiorno con cucina e camera ) ristrutturati da poco in un palazzo storico a due passi dal bellissimo centro di Verona...per noi il soggiorno in questa struttura è stato più che positivo e lo consiglio a tutti!!!

This is a beautiful apartment in right in the heart of the city. And Giovanna and her husband were very nice and answered any questions we had. We had a little trouble finding it but we called them and they directed us right in. The apartment included a small kitchen, eating area and living room along with a large bedroom and bathroom. The balcony and courtyard were beautiful. We plan to come back to stay for an extended period of time.

Это частные апартаменты на 2 этаже. Хозяева живут на 3-ем. Там же у себя в очень красивой гостиной хозяйка кормит завтраком. До центра недалеко пешком, до вокзала можно доехать на автобусе (пешком до остановки не более 5 минут). Старинный дом, в апартаментах гостиная с кухней и спальня. В ванной комнате современный ремонт и сантехника. Если буду в Вероне, остановлюсь здесь же.

Had a lovely stay of a few nights while exploring Verona, the area and attending the opera. Ideal location for a quick walk to all the major tourist sites, museums, churches and of course the Arena. Plenty of space in the mini apartment and small amount of equipment for snacks and coffee etc, including fridge to cool drinks. How nice to have a bath to relax in after a hot day walking, instead of a tiny shower. A great welcome and happy times with Giovanna and her so kind husband.

アレーナの夜のオペラの後も徒歩で１０分ほどでホテルへ。暖かいサービス、歴史的建物の中で、新しいバスルーム、キッチン。朝食はオーナーのお家の素晴らしいダイニングで。普通のホテルでは出来ない素晴らしい体験でした。
