La limpieza. Llegamos y estaba el aire acondicionado puesto así que estaba todo muy fresquito, lo cual, agradecimos. Tiene ascensor, que también se agradece y parking cercanos para estacionar, aunque son de pago. Por el telefono me explicaron el acceso al apartamento y no tuvimos ningun problema. En general, todo muy bien.

Lo unico a decir serían las camas un poco endebles y ruidosas y las puertas bastantes antiguas, la del baño costaba mucho poder abrirla, por ejemplo.

La ubicación.El silencio. El edificio, la azotea. .

Que las cestas de la ropa estén en el patio interior estropeando la imagen histórica del edificio. Falta de mantenimiento en zonas comunes. He echado en falta un abridor/sacacorchos. El menaje de cocina es muy justo.
