Excelente ubicación, la limpieza de habitaciones se agradece bastante, es un valor añadido.

Todo excelente relación calidad-precio, aunque el sofá cama no era nada cómodo para dormir, podrían cambiar por otro menos rígido ya que se oferta como cama. Las almohadas no eran de calidad tampoco. Con esos pocos detalles mejoraría muchísimo.

El palacio es muy bonito, y la localización no puede ser mejor. El personal es muy simpático y el acceso también es muy sencillo y cómodo.

Las habitaciones que dan a la calle exterior tienen un ruido extremo a las mañanas, y es muy complicado conciliar el sueño.

Está muito central, (pelo que o estacionamento poderá ser mais dificil). O edifício e a sua história. Proximidade aos pontos de interesse da cidade.

Precisaria de alguma modernização dos quartos. Barulho do exterior, nomeadamente do elevador e das pessoas. Ficamos no rch

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Puerto de Santa Maria"

There are places you rate the rooms, the facilities, the cleanliness and then there are places, like Casa Palacio de los Leones where the energy and aura of the place cannot be rated. Once you enter the building, it transfers you to another era and it’s so atmospheric that you would not mind any inconvenience- non existent! Our apartment was nice, spacious and the washing machine was a plus for a family travelling with young kids. I particularly loved the roof terrace that reminded me of Greece and warm summer evenings. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is ideal. Would definitely recommend and hope to get back at some point.

Would love some extra natural light in the room but otherwise loved everything.
