La Mimosa Bed and Breakfast

The hotel was somewhat dated, but comfortable. The bathroom door was hard to swing all the way open or closed. And the pillows weren't particularly comfortable. But the location near the walled part of Lucca was convenient. And the staff were pleasant and helpful.

We were accommodated with a very late arrival by the owner arranging a place to pick up the key, we were then nearly late for breakfast (fooled by time difference) but greeted with a smile and good coffee. Short walk to the walled city. Very clean, very well kept b&b

Conveniently located just outside the city walls with free on-street parking nearby. Very friendly accommodating hosts with plenty of advice and willing to make arrangements for taxis, restaurants etc. The free bicycles were a bonus for cycling round the city walls.

A wonderfully ambient B&B, just outside the city walls, a 10 minute walk or 3 minute cycle on the free bikes provided by Giuseppe and Stefano. Delicious breakfast with croissants to die for and excellent tips and recommendations from the hosts. Anyone flying into Pisa should know that the buses stop running at 9pm so you will need to take a cab to Lucca if you arrive later than that, but it is easy from right outside the airport to the door for between 40-50 euros.

This B & B was in a great location about 100 metres from the Lucca wall - easy walking and or cycling on bikes provided by the B & B. The owners were attentive and helpful - I would have no hesitation in reccomending this establishment.

Stayed in B&B Mimosa's la Tosca Apartments, in the historic center of Lucca. Great location, comfortable. Good value. Proprietors are a pleasure to deal with.

A lovely B&B with warm rolls and croissants for breakfast (with eggs too!) and a fabulous cappucino; we had a huge room on ground floor with 2 queen size beds and ensuite; a map was provided on arrival and best places to visit pointed out which was helpful. We loved Lucca, each street holds something different and plenty of places to eat. Recommended B&B about 25 min walk (or can catch bus) from Train station but only 5 min walk to the Anna gate for Lucca.
