AUWe stayed in a superior room and it was very comfortable for two, the breakfast was nice and we appreciated there was covered parking available for a fee close to the hotel.
Be warned! The booking.com pictures of the ‘superior room’ are completely misleading - if you want a sea view you have to reserve the ‘superior room with a sea view’ or you wont get it … just a heads up so you’re not disappointed

Ask for a sea- front room. Ours was a bit more deep inside the building and the entrance was through a lovely terrace, which was not private though and it had a noisy AC unit.
DEDas kleine charmante und freundliche Hotel liegt perfekt in Ortigia. Unser Zimmer hatte einen traumhaften Meerblick. Die Einrichtung ist eine tolle Mischung aus modern und individuell. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist klein und vegetarisch, aber von hoher Qualität und sehr lecker. Probiert die Blutorangen!! Die Altstadt ist wenige Schritte entfernt und auch bis zum Parkhaus sind es nur 200 Meter.

Pokój mocno zaniedbany, przydałoby się jakieś odświeżenie łazienki i sprzętów. Byliśmy jeden dzień, więc nie stanowiło to problemu, ale na dłużej byłoby uciążliwe.

USThere is something very special about the Hotel Gutkowski. Its location, by the sea, offers serenity and beauty. I loved the breakfasts, with organic and healthful offerings, and the room, overlooking the water. The staff were cordial and very helpful. I liked the sitting areas, the general vibe and thoughtful artistic decor. The restaurant was excellent.
USLiterally across the street from the sea - views from the patio, rooftop, and my room. Kind staff, beautiful rustic ambiance throughout. I loved to sit and read on the rooftop terrace or in the lovely sitting area.
