COThe reason why I keep booking there is mainly because of the location and the convenience of being next to the main parking lot.
The bathrooms need an urgent upgrade. Last time we staid there was for my wedding and some of my friends had terrible issues with the AC units during summer, the compensation was like 20 euros discount for guests dtaying three nights and no ac worked during two of those three nights. Honestly they should have received full refund for the two nights they couldnt sleep. I work in hospitality and Im very aware of compensation structures.
ITLa camera n 3 era un sogno, stupenda ..letto comodo, pulita accogliente . Sn stata benissimo.

GBLovely position, could hear the sea from our balcony on the side. Excellent breakfast & helpful staff.
The hotel is over 2 sites so breakfast & sun terrace were in the other building.

NLLocation is perfect, along the water and very close to everything in Ortegia as well as very close to good food and sights in Siracusa mainland. Breakfast is exceptional-fresh and healthy. Room was very clean and the design is beautiful. Rooftop terrace is great for sunrise.
