Tout ! L’accueil, le service, la chambre, la literie, les petits déjeuners etc. L’emplacement idéal pour être proche de tout, tout en étant au calme. Il mériterait une 5e étoile !

"Superb Accommodation in Central Ubud"

Everything about this hotel suited us perfectly. Despite the central location, our room was very quiet, ample in size and comfortable. The facilities are great, a lovely pool, gym, yoga room, library as well as several great restaurants in which we dined each evening. The delicious breakfast each morning set us up for the day and the staff in the hotel couldn't do enough for us. So very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Excellent location. Plenty of shops around by walking distance. Short walk to famous Monkey Forest and Ubud Market. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

The room unfortunately had a strong mould smell and felt damp. We mentioned this to staff and they brought in a dehumidifier and new bed linen. Unfortunately this made no difference.

"Zentrale Lage und gute Ausstattung"

Sehr nettes Personal und gute Lage - Monkey Forrest und Palace sowie Market zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen - Danke dafür! Als Ausgangslage für Erkundungen sehr zu empfehlen - das Hotel hat uns Fahrer samt Auto organisiert

Fantastic room - very clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Food was great and the ambience of the hotel made us feel calm and relaxed. Most reception and room service staff were courteous and happy to help us with our requests.

The end of our stay was spoiled when one of the staff pressured us to give a 5 star review on trip advisor because they had upgraded our room. We felt like we were blackmailed as the staff peered into our phones to ensure we gave a glowing review. Ironically I would have given 10/10 over here had we not been pressured this way. Perhaps etiquette and protocol training for some staff would benefit.
