Ubud Village Hotel

The location is good, and you can go shopping just outside the hotel.

I didn’t like it at all. The hotel is very old and absolutely not worth the price. Although it claims to be 52 square meters, nearly half of the space is taken up by the bathroom. An extra bed costs 500k, while Ayana provides free extra beds for children under 12. The room felt old and dirty, which made our stay very uncomfortable. The service was also disappointing. Apart from one short intern girl who was always smiling and very friendly, most of the staff appeared unfriendly and even a bit aggressive. The service was unprofessional — staff were often standing around chatting in groups, and even the driver showed better service attitude than them.

It was not making sense to stay there, very noisy at night at least until 1in the morning but the location is convenient

We like e very thing about the hotel . Staff is superb . Great location. Good nice rooms and hotel.

Buffet breakfast was not to expected standard. Same menu every day and very limited choices . Not much traditional food given its ubud village hotel. Other than that it was a great atmosphere with great friendly staff. Not hesitate to come back again.

Everything. The staff were amazing. The restaurant food was delicious. The cocktails were fantastic. The bedrooms were very spacious and beds very large. The spa service was also fantastic. Great location in Ubud. Walkable to a lot of places. But honestly the staff were the best part of the stay. They couldn't do enough for me.

Nice hotel, pool, and people. Room comfortable, good shower. Good location.

Housekeeping just ok, very small TV with no English-speaking channels or streaming. Breakfast quality was ok.

Central location, friendly staff and the free afternoon tea is a bonus.

The room smelt a little musty.
