AlamKulKul Boutique Resort Kuta Bali

The hotel is fairly old, the rooms are dated, just two pools that were both warm (not refreshing at all), no swim up bar, expensive cocktails, no happy hour, minimal staff interaction. Late night towel delivery for wrong room on first night was not a good start. Often house keeping would miss towels. At checkout we had to wait as staff were busy looking at paperwork - did not even acknowledge us - waited over ten minutes for them to serve us - very poor and slow customer service. I don’t see myself staying here again, or recommending this place to anybody.

Pool was over chlorinated- changed the colours of our bathers so only used it twice Staff are few and far between - and not as friendly as other resorts Check in was very slow, and 3 times staff tried to bring towels into our room when we were asleep late at night Plus a 5am wake up call to the wrong room was not appreciated Food is overpriced and small serves

Enjoyed our stay here, it's pretty basic and run down, but we enjoyed breaky and the pools. Can walk to many places too.

Clean rooms and grounds were amazing. Great location. This is the 4th time staying here. In need of some repairs to pool tiles and more pool beds. Bathrooms are a little tired and worn however very spacious and clean.

Fantastic service, staff were brilliant and good and drink was great but rooms were tired and in desperate need of refurbishment.
