The staff in this facility is amazing they go above and beyond for you to make sure you're comfortable. The rooms and hotel itself are spotless. The facility has ground control security making it all feel so safe which is very comforting when traveling with children. There is a shop at the hotel reasonably priced for essentials. The pools and slides are brilliant my kids had a ball. Kids club football pitch arcade loads to keep them amused.

When you sit down for your dinner it would be great if a drinks order is taken even with the amount of staff on the floor you still end up going to the bar outside the restaurant for your drinks. I used the kettle in the room but glasses and cups weren't changed when the room was cleaned nothing major just a slight bit annoying. But it was great to have a fridge in the room.

La chambre que l'on a eue était au rez-de-chaussée tout près de l'escalier et de d'ascenseur, ce qui fait qu'on peut entendre beaucoup de gens et d'enfants passer bruyamment, alors qu'on avait demandé une chambre au calme à la réservation. On entendait aussi une animation musicale assez bruyante au sous-sol jusqu'à 23h. De plus cette chambre n'était pas du tout comme les chambres standards sur les photos ou à côté de la notre. Elle était en L, ce qui donnait un sentiment d'espace plus réduit. Et comme les gens passaient devant la chambre côté balcon pour rejoindre l'escalier ou l'ascenseur, on devait toujours laisser les rideaux tirés pour ne pas qu'ils nous voient dans la chambre.

We have recently returned from an amazing stay at Costa Encantada in Lloret de Mar and would highly recommend it, especially to families travelling with a child who has coeliac disease. As parents of a 4-year-old with coeliac disease, eating away from home can often be a source of stress, but Costa Encantada made us feel at ease from day one. As soon as we mentioned coeliac disease, every member of staff we spoke to understood exactly what it meant and what precautions were needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Our son’s meals were cooked separately, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure he could eat safely. What impressed us most was that he wasn’t restricted to a handful of options – he could choose pretty much anything he wanted, and the kitchen would prepare it safely for him. It made such a difference to his holiday experience and allowed him to feel included just like every other child. A very special thank you to Widad, who was absolutely wonderful with our son throughout our stay. She was so kind, patient and friendly, always taking the time to chat with him and make him feel special. She is a real credit to the hotel. The food in general was plentiful, with lots of variety and something for everyone. The children’s entertainment team were fantastic and kept the kids entertained throughout our holiday. We were also travelling with a toddler and were pleasantly surprised by the travel cot provided. It was a proper cot-sized travel cot with a full mattress rather than the basic travel cots often found in hotels, which made a huge difference to our little one’s comfort and sleep. The pool area was excellent, and it was particularly handy that children could move easily between the indoor and outdoor pools depending on the weather. This gave us plenty of flexibility and meant there was always somewhere for the children to enjoy. Our room was spacious, comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard, providing everything we needed for a family holiday. Costa Encantada has truly mastered family-friendly hospitality. The staff’s understanding of coeliac disease, their willingness to help, and the excellent facilities made this one of the most relaxing and enjoyable holidays we’ve had since our son’s diagnosis. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend the hotel to any family, particularly those travelling with a child who requires a gluten-free diet.

Loved the hotel really couldn’t complain at all for what we paid as a family of 5. Very fussy and always found something to eat. The only negative I can say is the outdoor pool water was a little cold but it wouldn’t put me off going back in the slightest you get used to it :)
