Fantastic kids club - the animation team were great! Our 7 & 3 year old kids had a super time at kids club during the day and mini disco at night. My 3yo loved getting pics with Sharky after the disco. The Padel courts are great ~ got to try it for the first time. Table tennis great too. Excellent food - everyone in our 8-person group enjoyed it. Usually when we’re in an all-inclusive hotel we get bored of the food and end up going out to eat but not here! Beds were so comfy. The garden suite was so spacious and it made such a difference having kids in a separate room but yet with us - everyone slept better! Pools and slides are great. A little on the chilly side but it’s only start of June. Evening entertainment was great.

Arcade games not working sometimes/not giving tickets. The drinks machines were often empty of apple juice and other items during meal times - had to try a couple machines and often just water came out. Sorting these out would make a big difference to mealtimes. Otherwise excellent - already planning our next trip.

I recommend this location to families with children. We were accommodated in a recently renovated apartment, everything was perfect. The cleaning staff is professional. The outdoor pools delighted the children. The evening shows were for all ages. We will definitely come back, I hope by then they will solve their problem with the dishes, which although washed, had food leftovers.

The dishes, although washed, had food residue. I think that because of the large flow of guests, they don't manage to clean the dishes enough. The cutlery and plates were sticky, the glasses and cups as well, were not washed enough. I hope this observation will help them solve their problem, especially since we were not in the middle of the summer season.

Personel ,accueil, restauration bienveillant. Appartement bien ds l'ensemble. Vue sur piscine.
