Masseria Salinola

Lovely family run hotel which is rustic and relaxing and very tranquil. My husband and daughter and I stayed here for a week and the family who ran the hotel were very welcoming. Daniele in particular was extremely helpful and supportive of our needs. One thing I should point out is that it is a very tranquil place that people seemed to come to for peace and quiet and I did feel like it therefore wasn’t the best place for us to be with our noisy toddler as was disruptive to other guests. Not a fault of the hotel but if you are looking for somewhere to take young children it probably isn’t the right place as doesn’t necessarily have the right vibe for kids. The breakfast and dinner times were not really set up entirely for young kids either which meant we ended up eating in our room with our toddler a lot. Otherwise it was lovely and we were made to feel very welcome.

Amazing Service and Kindness of the owners and staff. They made us feel as friends. The property is beautiful and in perfect conditions. The Food is great (products from their own farm) and they have attention to every details.

Beautiful place, immaculately kept and presented. We had an incredibly relaxing few days with some superb food and local wine - we ate there 3/4 nights. Daniele and his family are hugely helpful and friendly and make you feel at home at all times. Perfect place for a few days’ relaxation

Exceptional property. Warm and helpful staff. Accommodation beautiful, spotless and spacious. Comfortable furniture throughout the property grounds. Lovely pool with loungers. A 10 min/15 euro taxi ride into Ostuni. Lots of great places to visit within an hours drive.

A wonderful experience in a tranquil and beautiful setting. Danielle and his family have created such a welcoming and homely atmosphere with an excellent service and attention to detail. Breakfast and dinner was exceptional using fresh, home made products served in a fabulous dining room. I look forward to visiting again!

We really loved our 4 night stay here. The building and grounds are beautiful and our room, the dining spaces and outside pool/veranda have all been decorated to a very high standard. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent, some of the best meals we had on our holiday. Can’t recommend highly enough, will definitely stay again!

On the fringes of the Valle d'Itria is this tranquil oasis of calm and relaxation, a high class romantic setting close to Otsuni. The place is just beautiful, the rooms have been exquisitely furnished and sympathetically created from their Puglian origins, full of charm and character. The staff and service were highly professional , very friendly and helpful and the food is as good as any top class restaurant, is there anything else to say..

Very pleasant stay, all-be-it a little more remote than we had envisaged. However, staff and general atmosphere very pleasant and I would recommend to anyone seeking a relaxed, quite retreat to chill out and spend time for reflection perhaps. Our overall experience as a good one.

Our stay at the Masseria Salinola was a blissful experience. It is a beautiful spot on earth, made more special by its family history and subtle elegance. Our meal, prepared by "mom", was beyond exquisite. We wished we could have spent more time there!

Lovely room and bathroom. Very comfortable. Very private small hotel and also an operating farm. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented with locally grown products.
