Masseria Salinola

My stay at Masseria Salinola was absolutely wonderful. The staff was fantastic, the grounds were impeccable, and the food was beyond belief. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Such a relaxing place to stay! A beautiful hotel with plenty of spaces to relax in the sunshine and a great pool to cool off in. I definitely recommend dining in as the food is superb. Italian cooking at its best, focusing on the finest ingredients. A great way to try authentic cuisine from the region. Daniele was the perfect host and I hope we will return!

We had a very pleasant stay and using the restuarant every evening as the food and ambiance were so good. The staff were excellent and everyone made us so welcome. Family run and it showed in the detail they went to to ensure we were well looked after.

We spent a few days at this Masseria as a home base for daily excursions around Puglia. The location is great. The hotel is very comfortable and Daniele, the owner is very helpful and accomodating. The restaurant in the off season isn't open during the week, so we only had breakfast here and that was good. I would recommend this Masseria for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Ostuni.

Great hotel, outstanding breakfast and excellent staff!

The family who owned the B & B were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The pool area was exceptional and there were many areas to sit and read in comfort. The breakfasts were lovely and the evening meals although a set menu were delicious. They only comment I would make is that it would have been nice to be able to make a tea or coffee in our room but i'm sure if we asked one would have been provided. Overall I would highly recommend this destination
