Abdel est d'une extraordinaire aide,quelque soit l'heure,même à minuit!!! Metci Abdel!!! Son efficacité , sa disponibilité ,sa gentillesse sont extraordinaires!! Le personnel est présent pour répondre à tous nos besoins avec beaucoup de gentillesse. L'emplacement me convient parfaitement: entre Djemaa El Fna et Gueliz.

Super kundeservice hele veien. Maten på hotellet var veldig god, både for store og små. Hotellet lå veldig sentralt og vi gikk inn til alle bydelene i Marrakesh.

Det var litt lite doruller og håndklær, men det ordnet seg.

La disponibilité et l'amabilité du personnel, ainsi que sa remarquable réactivité. La tranquillité et le cadre, à proximité de l'effervescence du centre ville. La piscine est magnifiquement entretenue et confortable (les pigeons tiennent compagnie au bord de l'eau). Le petit déjeuner est copieux, servi par un personnel très attentifs.

Les chambres sont de très bonne taille, la localisation de l'hôtel super (15mn à pied de la médina, 5mn des restaurants dansants principaux), le personnel très accueillant et arrangeant (chambre donnée en avance, appel de taxis...). Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner jusqu'à midi et les bagrir!!

Tout était parfait. Un accueil digne des plus grands hôtels. Nous avons été traitées comme des princesses. Petit déjeuner formidable. Piscine très. Agréable. Chambre très jolie. Rien à redire. It was a beautiful old house, with such charm. We ate breakfast every morning on a lovely terrace in the sunshine. Staff was so obliging & helpful. The bedroom was very nicely decorated & the bed so so comfy. Great location too. Swimming pool was fabulous & comfy sun loungers to relax on.

I liked everything about the property faultless.
