Niente di speciale ma nel complesso buona la posizione, personale gentile e la camera pulita

We stayed only for one night, late arrival and early start. Welcome was good and the room was silent and clean. Very good clothes, but the bathroom was a bit small. Excellent breakfast, unfortunely no eggs. Overall: appreciated and cost effective :)

L’albergo è abbastanza vicino al centro ma le camere e i bagni avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturata. I servizi ci sono ma non è confortevole .. inoltre non c’è parcheggio privato .

Located on a main road about 10 minute walk to the town wall and 15-20 to the central square. Non-descript dated modern building. Free street parking at the back. Rather dowdy reception and dining areas. The small double is fine but small. The bathroom is fine but might be a but tight for a large person. No fridge. The a/c blows into the bed which is uncomfortable and a problem for sleeping. The small doubles face the front (good window insulation). The room in the photo is a deluxe and faces the back with views to the hills. we ddi not have breakfast but it did not look much. Depending on your preferences you can go round the corner to the local cafe and get all you need for less. Very friendly staff Overall the hotel is fine for a night but pricey for what it is.

The hotel is a bit dated, and it's not sparkling clean, pillows are flat, nor does everything works as it should... but considering the low cost of the hotel, I can't complain. The hotel does NOT have their own parking. You have to find a parking spot beside or behind the building. I was able to bring my pet which was nice. The receptionists are friendly, but not the most helpful. They're usually watching football games, or chatting on Whatsapp, and will not offer help if they see you struggling with luggage. The English they have written on signs are badly translated, but it makes it a funny read. The cleaning ladies are the hardest working people in that hotel. Every morning they were so helpful, friendly, and hard-working. Any help I needed, they were ready to assist me. Wonderful ladies, each of them :) Breakfast is included, but my husband and I both got really bad stomach problems after drinking the cappuccinos the first morning. Please do yourself a favour and take advantage of the illy cafe beside the hotel which is cheap and delicious.

Hotel was good location for visiting Urbino. Parking is in street behind which was ok in the end.
