Location is right in walking street, crowded and busy, easy to walk around and go back to hotel

The room was not clean, especially the bathroom, where we found a lot of hair upon arrival. This clearly shows that the room was not properly prepared—it was dirty, wet, and had an unpleasant smell. The entire room was dusty and not clean at all. Additionally, the actual condition of the room is very different from the pictures shown on the website. It was also extremely noisy, both from outside and the upper floor, making it impossible for us to sleep. The room was small, and we could hear voices clearly from the hallway, even early in the morning when the kitchen staff was preparing breakfast for guests. For the price, this stay was not worth it at all. I would never return to this place. Also, they used the tissue paper similar to the paper in toilet (same quality) which is disgusting for me and unacceptable. The images on Booking.com do not reflect reality. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep here.

Truly enjoyed while staying at this hotel. Close to every places, especially the nightly bars and restaurants nearby. Noise but vibrant. Front desk personnel are capable to communicate in dual languages. Hope to come back and stay at this hotel again.
