The staff was amazing especially the front desk. She had perfect English and was so helpful with accommodations

Nice hotel, we had room 701 large room a bit tired and needs redecorating, but clean. Staff were very helpful, breakfast cooked to order.

A bit noisy between 9-11pm on the street below, not sure if it was a one off or regular accurance.

The location was perfect. 👍😊 The rooms were clean and big. ✨🛏️ The staff member at the front desk her name is "Emma" was very helpful and kind. 🙏💖 and the other man in the front he really have a service mind I dont know his name but he also helping alot. This hotel are so lucky to get this kind of staff.

Lovely clean and spacious room and bathroom, great big windows that could be opened! Water pressure was excellent. Location was 10/10. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Tina who we dealt with mostly. Would recommend!

The bed was so comfy, the staff so nice and accomdating.

I didn't really dislike anything

This was a very nice room, however, the windows looked out on a brick wall. I wasn’t expecting that.. The breakfast was good, the staff were wonderful. It’s an extremely busy noisy tourist center of Hue but because we had the brick wall outside our window, we didn’t hear any of it at night! I would recommend this hotel, but another room in it. I looked in some others that were being cleaned the next morning and they were large and wonderful.
