Hébergement agréable

Enige nadeel was dat het buitenlicht de kamer in scheen door het raam boven de deur. Hierdoor hadden we een slaapmasker nodig. Een gordijntje zou fijn zijn.

C'est un hôtel qui sort de l'ordinaire. Il y a beaucoup de soins qui sont apportés à l'ambiance (fleurs, plantes). Le personnel est accueillant, chaleureux.

Very comfortable rooms

I thought the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. But I'm being very picky.

A great experience, I loved the stone finishes, the sunset, the shine of the moon from the view of the hotel, my girlfriend and I were delighted with our stay, we hope to return in the future, thank JULIA who welcomed us and gave us good attention.

Staff extremely helpful and very welcoming. Property is bespoke in style, reflecting the local area - all of this is really well done. Located in Cabanaconde, it is ideally located to see the western (and most spectacular) end of the Colca Canyon.

Charming room with a view. Comfortable bed.

We overpaid by 30% the room due to an erroneous exchange rate: the price stated on booking.com was in USD, we were asked to pay in soles. Fair enough. What was not fair is that they applied a completely misleading exchange rate: 1 USD = 5 soles instead of the real 1 USD = 3.75 soles. We were tired at the departure and didn't realize that we overpaid by 30% due to this. One advice: be very very careful when you pay the bill and have a close look at all the details. Otherwise, it should be mentioned that no one speaks English at Kuntur Wassi... which might be embarrassing at some point for communication. Food is very ordinary and not good value for money.
